Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Logflip mobile application ("App"), provided by Logflip ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Logflip is a product inventory management tool that allows you to:

• Track products you purchase and sell
• Record purchase and selling prices, platforms, and dates
• Calculate profit/loss on transactions
• View statistics on your selling performance
• Manage multiple selling platforms
• Export and import your data

3. User Accounts

The App may be used without creating an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and can be backed up through the export functionality.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Model

Logflip offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• A monthly subscription
• A yearly subscription

4.2 Free vs. Paid Features

The free version of the App includes:

• All features and functionality
• Advertisements

The paid subscription provides:

• Ad-free experience

4.3 Payment and Renewal

• Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings

5. User Data and Privacy

5.1 Local Storage

Your product and platform data is primarily stored locally on your device.

5.2 Backups

You can manually export your data as a backup. We do not automatically back up your data to our servers.

5.3 Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and disclose information.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App.

6.2 Backups

You are responsible for backing up your data regularly using the export feature to prevent data loss.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
